Although many people may see IP protection as a counter to the ideals of the University’s mission to educate, no one can be further than the purpose or truth of IP protection. “In the world today, the energy we use and the way we use it changes. For California to make a leap from the status quo to achieve climate and energy goals at a cost as low as possible, we need more energy innovation” (Energy Innovation Small Grant Program, 2014 ). From this premise it is necessary to make a framework for providing program management which also adheres to the principles of environmental efficiency that must be manifested. This framework promises leadership in structure and results, it also offers a paradigm for managing in business relationships so that collaboration can move forward. It will be important that every step of innovation risks the value attached to the community smoothly adheres to social, ecological and economic parameters.
Sustainability can be defined in terms of environmental efficiency. “In the simplest terms, it means creating more goods and services with less use of resources, waste and pollution” (development, 2000). By defining sustainability in this way, we see the integration of people, planets, and profits into a framework that can be applied. The need to provide prescriptive methodology for compliance with certain goals and desired results is a focal point not only for technology transfer programs, but also to my organization in harmonizing efforts to report and commercialize innovation.
To manifest the end we want, we must first understand the conditions of the results before rushing to get the conclusion. The Foundation Technology Transfer Program Research imagines the situation of creatures that produce academic projects with economic value. The ability to encourage innovation into real-world applications is the desired result.
